How About a Little Giveaway?

Would you like to do another little giveaway for this PDF pattern? It's a felted cover for a 9 x 9 square casserole dish. It's perfect for taking your hot food to a potluck dinner. Yummmmm - the thought of all those different fabulous dishes at a potluck is making my mouth water!

Everyone always makes their very best recipe at such events, and now you can take yours in absolute style! The tie cord keeps the flap secure, but it also holds your serving spoon!

The 9 x 13 version is almost ready, too. I just need to put it into a PDF format. Soon, I promise!

Just leave a comment here today or tomorrow and on Thursday I'll randomly draw two names. You can either leave your contact info or just check back on Thursday when I announce the two winners and you can email me then with it.

Other news:

We'll be drawing one lucky name on Feb. 1st for a pair of women's hand cranked socks, so if you haven't left a comment on the post "January 2011 Sock Giveaway", do so soon.

Also, every Friday Mac has his "Ask Mac" segment. So, if you have a knitting question or any other, please leave him a comment. You can leave it here and I'll make sure he gets it. Rumor has it that he'll be doing a small giveaway on Friday for one lucky person who asks him a question this week.

Today I decided that I'm staying home all day and will crank out some socks on "Doris" (our antique sock machine), do a bit of housework and definitely take a mile hike up our mountain.

See you all on Thursday to let you know who wins this PDF pattern.

Til then.................

Ooo, I love this pattern. And, since I usually use my 9x13 pan for potlucks, I'll be awaiting that pattern too.

Since we are talking about potlucks. Would you ask Mac if he 1) gets table treats and 2) which of your recipes is his favorites. One other thought. Does Mac where sweaters? Do you knit for him? I would like to knit for a friends pup and wondered about his thoughts on sweaters Favorites and such.

I love the felted casserole dish covers. It will be so much easier to carry the dish without it being hot to your hands.

A good idea! Felted fabric helps keep things warm better than many other types of covers. Looking forward to the pattern for the larger cover too.

I just found your blog and saw that you have a circular sock knitting machine. My hubby got one for me two Christmases ago, and now it sits on a shelf collecting dust. I can't seem to find any directions on how to get started. Do you have any hints or tips for me?
Thanks, have a great day!

Will you ask Mac his thoughts on cats in the home? If you had one would he think of it as a pet for himself, a source of entertainment, a companion, a useless furball? I grew up with 2 large dogs, 3 cats and a rabbit that seemed to get along or at least tolerate each other lol Thank-you!
